Ordering Information

It is vital that you read our acknowledgement of your order very carefully. Compare it to what you ordered. If there is any discrepancy, contact us at once by phone or fax. Otherwise your order will be processed as acknowledged. Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled or changed without Baik Designs' consent.

Shipping And Packing

All shipments FOB Baik Designs' warehouse dock. Uncartoned shipping weights are approximate due to variations in wood density. Please inquire for freight estimates.

Cartoning

Prices start at $27.50 per carton, based on volume and destination. Actual cartoned shipping weight is used when shipping by common carrier.

Crating

Prices start at $150 based on pieces ordered.

Containerizing

May be appropriate when the order exceeds 50 pieces. Please inquire for price estimates.

Freight

Shipments are freight collect unless freight in prepaid in advance. Baik Designs charges a service fee of 10% for prepaid shipping.

Delivery

Consignee should carefully inspect all furniture upon receipt and carefully note any damage on the transportation company's exception report. Any damage or loss must be filed by the consignee with the transportation company.

Measurements

Because much of Baik Designs' furniture is hand-crafted, stated measurements and weights are approximate and may vary slightly. Seat heights given are frame only unless specified. Charge for table height reduction is $150. Increased heights are treated as custom orders.
